I was working with a coach and she shared how she had to basically tear her business down.  She said she had grown a very large business yet she had not build a good foundation and it was starting to tip. 

So before you start to begin to build all the fancy things like web site with all the bells and whistles why not start with a blog.  There you can explore ideas buzzing around in your head.  Write some articles and post them.  As you get your buried inspiration to the surface you will discover who you want to attract and who is attracted to you.

If you are rebuilding a business it is best to step back and look at it from your customers point of view.  Then look at it from your employees point of view. *Do you have an effecient work environment for you and your employees?   What proceedure need to be updated and what is way out of date.

If you are building and grow is it organic?  Are you looking at all departments, level of service and products from an ever growing ever changing place to become an Eco-Entrepreneur™.

Are you ready to set aside the excuses and obstacles and move forward?  I promise you it is not easy to sit in the middle of the river and try to paddle up stream with all those issues.  Try taking the oars out of the water and feel the energy of your products and service carry you with the flow.  Enjoy the ride!
